If you have your own personal services company (incorporated in the UK) or use an umbrella company, Capita Resourcing will pay the company gross and payment of the relevant deductions will be your responsibility.  This can potentially raise your income by as much as 20% over the course of a year. 

As a limited company contractor, you may also be able to claim valid business expenses, further increasing your income.  Also, an umbrella company is likely to provide insurance cover whilst you are working.
