To that end, we follow a step by step process to help you on your way:
- We invite you in for a registration interview
- During this time, we'll discuss your skills, experience and requirements in more detail
- Once we're clear on the type of role you're looking for, we'll talk to you about any current opportunities we have that match these. We'll also discuss any organisations you would like us to approach on your behalf
- If you'd like, we can help you pull together or update your CV
- Once we've agreed on a suitable position, we'll forward your details onto the potential employer
- If the employer is interested in taking your application further, we'll set up your interview
- Once you're selected for a particular role, we'll make all the necessary arrangements prior to you starting
- We'll remain in contact with you throughout your assignment to answer any questions you may have
