| Overview : |
Providing cost advice on all types of projects. Such projects to include housing, education and commercial projects ranging from new build to Decent Homes type contracts. Advising Clients on all related contractual matters.
Full financial management of projects throughout their life, including risk management and cost in use techniques where required.
An interest in developing Project Management skills in the medium term.

| Key Skills: |
Chartered Quantity Surveyor or equivalent relevant experience.
Three years post qualification experience and a minimum of six years total experience.
Full technical ability.
Ability to work as part of a team.
