My client is a Limited Liability Partnership with five established offices offering the core professional disciplines of Surveying, Project Management and CDM Co-ordinator.

| Main Duties: |
The successful candidate will have:
•Relevant experience of working with Housing Associations on traditional and design & build schemes in the role of Employer's Agent.
•Sound knowledge of Building Regulations, health and safety, energy efficiency, environmental impact and sustainable construction.
•Strong organisation, communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with a flexible approach and the ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
